It took me 15 years to get out of my own personal maze of 'the cotton world' of pain medication and self pitty.
I have worked my way from head to toe.
My focus is YOU. I can help you with stress and time management, the removal of negative patterns. I create personal and carefully drafted training routines, which combine mostly Yoga these days, but also include ideas of Pilates, Feldenkreis, Tai Chi that I have had great success with. When it comes to setting goals, I use Kaizen, SCORE, Smart goals, GTD and other techniques from management philosophy, thereby merging the useful and the healthy.
